Terrible pictures and customer service

Deceptive practices and hidden prices,terrible customer service. Pictures are picked by Cady staff if you get the digital download and they apparently cannot discern what is a good pictures and what is not.

Completely unprofessional pictures with no editing available. Find a reputable studio and get your senior pictures elsewhere!

Worst experience!!!

The worst experience!!! They are too expensive, bad customer service, poor communication.

I wanted to finance, but they took the money directly from the bank account (without financing) regardless of whether they ruin your Christmas by leaving you without money. I made it clear that I want to pay for the pictures, but I wanted to do financing. Jessica, the manager, said she would give me a call to solve this issue, and she never did. I went to the studio multiple times after the problem ocurred, and nobody helped me.

They said they would give me "extra pictures" to "compensate me", but that's not what I asked for.

I wanted to do financing to be able to afford $1600 for the pictures, and the didn't do anything to make the financing possible. Look for other photographers who are more professional and give you a better price.
