Touch up is a scam; do not use for anything other than yearbook photos
If you pay for Artist's Touch, I 100% do not think they touch up the photos. They are available too quickly and before and after is not available.
I notified them that they do not appear to be touched up and was directed to order the 'next level' of Premier Retouching which costs more. This level is not available initially, only Artists' Touch. This time it was actually done and took a couple weeks to touch up one photo. Artist's Touch is 100% a scam.
Other than the yearbook photos, the photos were poor quality. Would not use them for any additional photos.

- Amateur photographers for photos other than yearbook photos
- Cropping not done correctly
- Outdoor photos are absolute joke at raleigh location
Preferred solution: Artist's Touch is an unethical charge. I would like to see the company change their practice or fee structure.

Nothing! I keep getting the same email with no assistance. It's disgusting to be so unprofessional with children's senior pictures.
I need someone to assist with this once and for all. This is ridiculous and I will gladly express my disgust in my reviews

Insane bait and switch
This is regarding "Cady Session Photography"995 W Kennedy BlvdUnit 46Orlando, FL 32810(i.e.Eatonville, Florida)the correct location was not listed among the ones available to choose in the review.
really had no budget for photos. The "elite" sitting upcharge of $150
offered a $200 credit toward "your elite" package prints.
That seemed to be a net gain--and a no-brainer.
It gave us the chance of extra sets and poses to use for upcoming career-building gig-work that we'd be scrambling to photograph later.
Turns out there is no correspondence between the + $150 "elite" sitting
and the elite print packages at all. Names are coincidentally(?) there with a discount offer connecting them in a banner ad--but no other
correlation should be presumed. The "$200 credit" amounts to a 10%
discount on a $1700 print package which of course we won't be taking
advantage of.
Friends who had gone with the el cheapo $100+ sitting could at least
get a substandard quality digital download of their unretouched images
for an additional spend of $200. Those of us who chose to take advantage of the elite deal, would now have no option to get any of our digital collection (even just a few at a substandard quality) for $200, but would be forced to pay $1700 for the full portfolio or else a 2 image option for $400.
My senior was fully prepared for the high-pressure sales, and had
gone to great lengths to broadly survey her classmates experiences.
But still she literally burst into enraged tears during the presentation / viewing session.
This was so completely beyond any reasonable options for us, tricking us into $600 or nothing. (At best the final cost for our most token choice would amount to $150 per image for 3) She also gave our salesman a bit more articulate feedback than I could muster.
Schools should recognize the potential of really wrecking their
seniors' memories and photography options by sticking them with this
business.
Preferred solution: Price reduction

Terrible experience
Zero transparency about the costs. You pay for a package without the details about the real total cost. When you have the details they dont allow you to switch the plan.

Horrible results pictures are pathetic!
Most important pictures for my senior are horrible. They have one picture with his cap and gown after spending hours at the studio and it his a mess.
His face looks like its crooked I dont know if its the way they put the cap on but one eye brow is at the top of his face the other is the middle. Then I paid extra for wallets to get his name his name has 3-4 other characters printed and the other half dont have anything. Ive been going back and forth for weeks now.
Ive literally spent 3000 or more oh packages and pictures. First and last time with this company !

Horrible service and very bad photos
The photos are very overpriced and of very low quality. Save yourself the trouble and have your senior pictures taken elsewhere.
They charged $189 just to take the pictures, and they were rushed and of poor quality.
When we asked about editing, they were not able to change the backgrounds. It was a waste of time and money.

Terrible pictures and customer service
Deceptive practices and hidden prices,terrible customer service. Pictures are picked by Cady staff if you get the digital download and they apparently cannot discern what is a good pictures and what is not.
Completely unprofessional pictures with no editing available. Find a reputable studio and get your senior pictures elsewhere!

Terrible Customer Service
I have tried multiple times to get in contact with customer service to no avail. My order is over three weeks delayed, and I spent a significant amount of money to order productsnever again will I order through them.
I will also be contacting all of the schools in our area to make sure nobody uses them ok!

Scam Artists
As many others here, this company is a complete scam. The photographers are bad enough but even all their packages are poor.
We paid $160 for the 'digital photo package' so we could print a photo on a banner for his graduation party, but the resolution is garbage with each file being half a meg each.
If you have to use them for school do the bare minimum. If you want photos that don't suck hire a local mom to do the photos, they couldn't be worse.

All around worse decision

Dissatisfied and Deceived
Horrific experience, avoid at all costs - pun intended. As others have said, it's a bait and switch - a terrible and deceptive business model.
Avoid this business - if you require senior photos, book the minimum/simple package for $29 and read the fine print.
The $139 and higher cost packages do not include any prints! After researching, this company has several complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

Website advertisement does not reflect on cart/checkout. Poor horrible service.
Please contact me. I have been calling and emailing to get the discounted price which was on the website but nobody is responding.
If I put on the cart upon checking out, it does not reflect correct price. I also only have few choices on my son's pictures to choose from even after paying a session fee.He does not have a picture sitting down with his cap and gown.

Dishonest and fraudulent company
Company is not the same as it used to be. I used them about 6 years ago and again this year.
Completely unethical and shady.
Quality has gone downhill.
Glassdoor reviews are full of internal employee's feedback on nepotism and shady stuff too. Owner is hiring his kids to big positions that are completely unqualified and it shows!
It's time to go in a different direction and use someone else for your photography if you really want something done right

Where and who did you email please? I am finding in quite ridiculous that they only way I can view my photos are to go in to their establishment! I paid $300 for the Photo session and a $25 viewing fee and I cant even see them from my home?!
